Lemon Balm

The leaves are pretty. I touched to smell and the scent was lemon.
It is one of the most delicious herb teas! The leaves are a tasty
addition to green salads. It is better fresh than dried as much of
the flavour is lost in the drying. I hope to have a small garden
next year.
