my September page. I found a small branch from
my front yard. The fabric was green and I painted
it brown with fabric paint. I embroidered gray yarn
on the edges. I used lucite purple/pink flowers and
large leaves.
I started my own collection of flower pins.

Your morning glory is so realistic! I love it! :D
what a beautiful flower, jean!
That pin is lovely, Jean. Your backround material give the whole thing such a nice texture.

I just scrolled back through all your posts to see your other beaded flowers.... They are ALL sooooooooo lovely! I love the background stitching on your morning glory. It looks stunning as a pin. Do you have 8 finished? If so, I hope you'll follow the BJP website guidelines to set up a member page. They would look wonderful all together. Bravo!!!
I love your flowers and making a pin that can be removed from the background and worn is a great idea!
I'm planning to sign up for next year's bead journal project.
This morning glory is terrific, Jean! Love your idea of making flower pins for this project . . .

What a lovely piece you have created. I too love morning glories, and you have certainly captured all of their beauty.
