New Years Day Ride

Dean and I celebrated New Years Day by bicycling the
Middleton to Sauk City bike path. The path parallels
highway 12. A strong northwest headwind was blowing
against us on the way north.
We pedaled to the Missouri Tavern before heading home
with a tailwind making for an easy return ride. I think we
went about 10 miles round trip. We had a wonderful time.
Our new bike rack worked great with all bikes returning
intact. Dean gave me the rack for christmas. Thanks, Dean!
