A close up of Rasberry Chicken Salad
My girlfriend, Linda, whom I met in the seventh grade took
me out for birthday lunch. She started her new business
this last spring and she was very busy and I was out of
town. We both had Raspberry Chicken Salad. A mixture
of icebery lettuce and gourmet salad greens, tossed in a
raspberry vinagrette dressing, topped with a grilled chicken
breast and carmelized pecans. It was delicious. She gave me
a beautiful abalone bracelet and anew magazine-Revitalize
your life for my birthday. We ate at the patio and it was a
nice, breezy day for us.
