This is my January project, a free-form
embroidery that I weaved with a lot of
fringe. I named it " Midnight Tidepool. "
So far it has been fun weaving. I like
the flow of colors. I finished it today.

Bead Soups
I used 4 bead soups. I have not used the colors before for my
Bead Journal Project 2013 January cuff project. The beads
were leftovers!

Clasp
I was working on a rectangle donut clasp that
uses 2 snap buttons. My clasp inspiration came
from my facebook friend Linda Cimins. She made
some beautiful loomed work and loom patterns.
I love her work.
I am going to make my own 12 clasp for 12 months

Second day: I added a shell with peyote stitch around

My January Project
I started my January project yesterday after joining
the Bead Journal Project 2013 group. I am choosing
coral reef for my theme and will make 12 cuffs.
My color inspiration for this month are blue, brown,
orange and tan.
I am going to use felt for the cuff base.
