Movies

Jenni got a movie video " Open Water " and a gift certificate
to Blockbuster. Dean and I saw it in the theatre. It is based
on true events. Susan and Daniel take a tropical island vacation.
While scuba diving miles off the coast, the tour guide miscounts
leaving them abandoned in the middle of the ocean. As the hours
pass, the couple realizes they are not alone as a shark's fin breaks
the surface water. Over the next 24 hours, the couple must fight
to stay afloat and alive, surrounded by miles of ocean.
Shawn got " Lost " video. He loves to watch his favorite television
show. He was so happy to have it. We got movies from Jenni and
Bill. We haven't seen Hotel Rwanda, Sahara, and more.

NFL Football

Shawn and Bill played a video game last night.

Christmas Eve

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!
This is my family. Jennifer is 22 and Shawn is almost 19.
We had a family over last night for a christmas eve dinner.
Dean did all the cooking-turkey, mashed potato and gravy.
I made my mom's pickled beets. Thanks, Dean for cooking
dinner. He did a very good job!

My niece, Kim made a beautiful heart snowflake. She said
the method is a little different, a little choppier, a little more
like real cutting. The inferface is cut but it is very hard to
find a particular flake.

From Taos to Santa Fe

We had a breakfast at the Kiva Coffee Shop at Taos and left

Madison bead group

This is my old bead group. Yesterday we had lunch together
at Maharaja Indian restaurant. One member is missing. Joan
moved to Florida.

Ocean Blues

The spiral rope bracelet I made is not new. I just finished
the snap clasp. It is a 6 1/2 that fits my wrist. It is for sale.

Moonlight Garden earrings & necklace

My new work. I used pearls and flower glass beads
that I wrapped with sterling silver eye pins. I am
getting much better at making the loops. You have
to practice, practice and practice. I love working
with wire now.

2nd Annual Pandora's Gift Box Holiday Open House

There are 11 artist at the open house/jewelry art studio
in Madison. On display and also for sale would be a
compliment of stocking stuffers and gifts artfully
produced by local, established and up-and-coming
artisans.
This is Kay's firt time on Saturday, the 17th. ( Open
to the public )

Laura

This is Laura sitting in the kitchen. She is a painter
who makes framed pictures, ornaments and new
blank journals.
We met two years ago when we were neighbors at
the Art Crawl in Milwaukee.

Kay's Private Invitiation

This is Lori sitting in a couch. She is a artist.
She make beautiful cigar box purses. I bought
two from her last year. I loved the color of her
outfit and it matches the pillows. I took a picture
of her at Kay's house last night.

Shell Christmas Ornament

I designed a very easy to make shell christmas ornament
and entered the Christmas Tree Ornament into a contest.

I am back!

I had surgery last Tuesday morning. It went very well.
I stayed in the hospital for about three days. I am getting
better everyday. I am thankful that I did not have to wait
after the holidays and glad it is over. Sorry, no photos
when I was in the hospital.

Rio Grande Gorge

We went to the Rio Grande Gorge in the late afternoon.

Southwest Colors

Early first morning at Taos I took some picture of painted
murals at the Inn on the Rio Bed and Breakfast at Carson
